Slowly but surely I'm making progress. When you deviate from the plans sometimes you think more than you work.

Here's an update:

 So far small steps, but I'm happy I still have a lot of shaping to do before the first coat of glass.


Looking to havea full wrap round tinted plexiglass screen with flip front. The red lines give an idea of where the cut for flip

front will be. Im shaping in foam then will coat in glass, then remove body from hull flip over and shape the inside, sort the lift duct.

I intend to run a lightweight shaft drive for lift fan onto a motorcycle shaft drive axle with an electric clutch from a truck aircon unit. Well that's the update so far.

lol just a sneak preview very rough atm but once I have the total shape sorted I can get the final shape smooth and then the glass on it should look the part . thanks for the comments from everyone
